Ticketing questions
Can I see live fares on your website?
Not yet. Fares change constantly, so our team checks current options for your exact dates and sends a written quotation in BDT. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
How long is a quoted fare valid?
Airline fares are not held until a ticket is issued, and can change within hours. Your quotation will say how long it is indicative for, and we re-confirm the fare before payment.
Can you change or cancel a ticket I bought?
For tickets issued through GoMayaTrip, we handle change and cancellation requests with the airline. What is possible, and any fees or refund amount, depends on the fare rules of your ticket.
How long do refunds take?
Refund timelines are set by the airline and can range from days to several weeks. We submit your request promptly, keep you updated and pass on the refund as soon as it is received.
What do I need to request a quote?
Your route, travel dates (or flexibility), number of passengers with ages for children, and names exactly as in each passport. For international travel, we may also ask about your visa status.
