No guarantees of decisions
GoMayaTrip is not a government agency, embassy, university or airline. We do not guarantee visa approval, university admission, scholarships, Umrah visa issuance or airline schedules. These decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and organisations.
Quotations & payments
Prices are provided only in written quotations, in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless agreed otherwise. Airline fares and supplier prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued or bookings are confirmed. Government and embassy fees are usually non-refundable.
Third-party services
Flights, hotels, transport, tours and visas are provided by third parties under their own terms. Your quotation will indicate which services GoMayaTrip provides directly and which depend on third-party providers.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the airline or supplier and any service charge stated in your quotation. Refunds are passed on once received from the supplier.
