Umrah travel assistance

Plan your Umrah with clarity and peace of mind

Flight tickets, documentation guidance and honest package guidance for pilgrims, families and groups across Bangladesh.

How we help

Thoughtful planning for a once-in-a-lifetime journey

Choose your timing

We talk through seasons, school holidays, Ramadan demand and how timing affects fares and crowds.

Flights that suit you

Direct or connecting, arrival via Jeddah or Madinah — we compare options for travel time, baggage and comfort for elders.

Documents in order

Passport validity, photographs, vaccination or health requirements and family documents — checked against current official rules.

Package guidance

Where you want a full arrangement, we explain available options from licensed providers and what each includes — in writing.

Families & groups

Travelling with parents, children or a mosque/community group? One coordinator keeps everyone's tickets and papers together.

Customised arrangements

Need wheelchair assistance, extra days in Madinah or a specific departure date? Ask us and we'll check what's possible.

Transparency

Who provides what

We believe pilgrims should know exactly who is responsible for each part of their journey.

DirectProvided by GoMayaTrip

  • Umrah flight ticket search, quotation and issuance
  • One-to-one travel planning support
  • Personalised document checklists and file review
  • Coordination for families and groups travelling together
  • Pre-departure briefing on baggage, timing and practical tips

Third partyDepends on other providers

  • Umrah visa issuance — decided by the Saudi authorities through authorised channels
  • Hotels in Makkah and Madinah
  • Ground transport and transfers in Saudi Arabia
  • Ziyarah tours and guides
  • Airline schedules, fares and baggage rules

Where we arrange any of these, your quotation names the provider type, what's included and the terms that apply.

Please note: GoMayaTrip does not advertise fixed Umrah package prices, visa guarantees or airline partnerships. Requirements for Umrah are set by the authorities of Saudi Arabia and can change at short notice — always confirm the latest rules on official channels such as nusuk.sa.

Document guidance

A typical starting checklist

Every traveller is different, so we prepare a personal list. Most Umrah travellers from Bangladesh begin with:

  • Machine-readable passport with sufficient validity
  • Recent photographs to the required specification
  • National ID and, for families, relationship documents
  • Any vaccination or health certificates currently required
  • Travel dates and preferred departure airport

This list is a general starting point, not an official requirement list.

Umrah FAQs

Common Umrah questions

Do you sell Umrah packages with fixed prices?

We don't advertise fixed package prices online, because flights, hotels and visa costs change with season and availability. Send us an inquiry and we will send a written quotation in BDT for your dates, showing exactly what is included and who provides each service.

Can you guarantee my Umrah visa?

No. Umrah visas are issued only by the authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We help you understand the requirements and prepare your documents correctly, but the decision and timing are outside our control.

How early should I start planning?

As early as you can — ideally a few months ahead, and earlier for Ramadan or school-holiday periods when demand is high. First make sure your passport has enough validity for your travel dates.

Can women, elderly parents or children travel with our family group?

Family travel is very common. Specific rules for different travellers can change, so we check the current official requirements for each member of your group when planning your trip.

Where can I check the official rules myself?

Official information is published by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and its Nusuk platform (nusuk.sa), and by the Saudi visa portal (visa.mofa.gov.sa). We always recommend confirming key rules there.
