Do you issue visas?
No. Visas are issued only by the destination country's government. We help you understand the requirements, prepare documents and, where applicable, guide you through the appointment and submission process.
Are government fees included in your charges?
Your quotation lists government/embassy fees and our service charge separately, in BDT, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What if my visa is refused?
Embassy and government fees are normally non-refundable. We'll go through the refusal reasons with you (if given) and discuss whether and how to reapply.
Should I buy flights before the visa?
Usually a flight reservation is enough for the application; we recommend buying tickets after the visa is approved unless you choose a flexible fare.
